Cheryl Taylor is the consummate professional. From the beginning of my home buying process she was there every step of the way. Being new to the Atlanta area, she was knowledgeable and relentlessness in her pursuit of the perfect home to fit my family needs. She documented each of my request and only presented homes that met my requirements. She does not waste time, showing you property that she knows you will not like, and then tries to sell you on it. From the moment I contacted her and each and every time I contacted her, she returned my calls promptly. My times to view homes were very limited so she made time around my schedule. Even viewing four to five homes in a one day period. (I think she actually canceled a personal trip she had plan because of a last minute request I made to view homes.) Once I got my husband on board to sell our beautiful home to downsize and move closer to the city, everything moved like lightening.
